Staff Orientation

Staff are here! We are in our third day of training. Its been great getting to know people and hearing everyone's story. Last night we had guys/gals night that me and nick got to plan. I guess the guys played poker, but me and the girls did henna, nail polish, hair wraps and of course food. 

I'm really happy with everyone on staff - God brought us all together for a reason. My only main concern is getting isolated from the rest of the girls as the hgc. I want them to view me as a peer, not a boss. Hope that makes sense.
